Kacey Musgraves has canceled three dates from her Middle of Nowhere tour, which was set to begin on August 20.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Musgraves, 37, nixed three concerns from her upcoming tour, including its intended kick-off show on August 20 in Chicago<\/a>. An August 29 show in Boston and a September 2 show in Brooklyn have also been canceled. A fan of the country music<\/a> star shared a screenshot on Reddit<\/a> that showed an email announcing the cancellation of the August 29 show at Boston\u2019s TD Garden, despite there being no official announcement of the canceled dates from the Grammy-winner herself.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Musgraves did not officially announce that she was cancelling the dates, later prompting a representative to tell TMZ that the changes were made as \u201cstrictly a scheduling decision and not related to any personal or medical issue.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The three cancelled tour dates were all additional shows added to the original schedule, which the singer released in April. Musgraves will still perform at the initial dates in each city: August 21 in Chicago; August 28 in Boston and August 31 and September 1 in New York<\/a> City.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

While the now-canceled New York show was to be held in Brooklyn, both remaining dates are set for Manhattan\u2019s Madison Square Garden.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Middle of Nowhere tour is set to take Musgraves across the United States, beginning in Chicago on August 21 and ending in Seattle on October 27. In January 2027, the singer will head out on an Australian tour before she brings her live show to Europe in February.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cThree dates canceled is unfortunate, but glad it\u2019s not a health-related reason,\u201d wrote one fan on X in response to the news that Musgraves\u2019 changes were schedule-related and not the result of health issues.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cWishing Kacey and the team all the best \u2014 fans will be looking forward to the next shows,\u201d added another.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
