Alix Earle<\/strong><\/a> has returned to social media following a brief break, revealing the health-related reason for her hiatus.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know I haven\u2019t posted anything on here in the past few days,\u201d Earle, 25, said via TikTok<\/a> on Sunday, July 26. \u201cHonestly, I just sort of took some time for myself and tried to not be online as much because I was getting into not the best place.\u201d<\/p>\n

She explained, \u201cI\u2019ve always been fine with reading commentary about myself. That\u2019s what you subject yourself to when you post yourself online. But recently, I don\u2019t know. It\u2019s felt more negative. Obviously it\u2019s gonna get to you or make you overthink when you\u2019re constantly reading about what you\u2019re doing, the way you look, who you\u2019re hanging out with, what you\u2019re saying.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAlix Earle keeps it real when it comes to beauty. Earle, 24, opened up about struggling with acne, and turning to another celeb, while chatting with WSJ. Magazine\u2019s digital series, \u201cThe One,\u201d on Thursday, May 22. \u2028\u2028After Kendall Jenner, who has also been candid about struggling with acne through the years, teamed up with Proctiv [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Earle shared that last week she hit a breaking point while doing her makeup and \u201cbroke down in tears.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI was on the plane and I had a panic attack,\u201d she added. \u201cI\u2019ve just been struggling a bit. It\u2019s my happy place to come on here and talk and share things but it feels like every time I share something now it\u2019s a problem or people are trying to figure out what I\u2019m talking about or it just turns into something bigger. I\u2019m just trying to share my human experiences.\u201d<\/p>\n

Earle found a way to unwind by visiting friends in Miami, where she went to college.<\/p>\n
