Through hands-on learning and conversations with industry leaders, they gained an inside look at the many teams that bring live events to life, leaving with a broader understanding of the industry and a clearer vision for where they could build their careers. Conversations with Live Nation executives across booking, marketing, venues, fan services, recruitment, and HR, alongside fireside chats with BMAC Co-Founder, President & CEO Prophet and leaders from Parkwood Entertainment, Interscope Records, Creative Artists Agency, Inspire1st Management, Category 1 Entertainment, and ART@WAR Entertainment, gave participants the chance to ask candid questions, build meaningful connections, and hear firsthand how successful careers are built in the industry.<\/p>\n \u201cI remember thinking, \u201cHow did I get here?\u201d I started as a coordinator.
