Tom Holland has been on one hell of a run this year amid his promotional tours for \u201cThe Odyssey\u201d and \u201cSpider-Man: Brand New Day.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n In a recent interview with \u201c<\/span>Dish Podcast<\/span><\/a>,\u201d the actor talked up his latest films \u2014 and shared what he really thought of some past projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cWhen you\u2019re doing press for movies that you\u2019re really proud of, it\u2019s really easy,\u201d he explained in the July 22 interview. \u201cBecause when they ask you questions about why should people go and watch this movie, you\u2019re not lying to anyone. You really feel like people should go see it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Holland continued, \u201cI\u2019ve had experiences before when people say, like, \u2018Why should you see this movie?\u2019 And in the back of your mind, you\u2019re like, \u2018You shouldn\u2019t, because it\u2019s shit.\u2019\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n The actor didn\u2019t specify which film or films he was referring to. <\/span>But he did say that his latest work felt like a \u201cbit of a victory lap, to be honest,\u201d before adding, \u201cI\u2019ve really enjoyed it. I\u2019m super proud of both of the films.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Holland\u2019s blockbuster hits aren\u2019t the only exciting thing he has experienced lately.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n The actor and his \u201cOdyssey\u201d and \u201cSpider-Man\u201d co-star, Zendaya, secretly wed earlier this year. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Speculation about the couple\u2019s nuptials kicked off when Zendaya\u2019s stylist Law Roach<\/a> hinted about the ceremony in March at the Actor Awards. In an interview with Esquire<\/a> out last month, Holland quietly confirmed that they had indeed tied the knot.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cThe Odyssey\u201d is now playing in theaters, and \u201cSpider-Man: Brand New Day\u201d hits theaters on July 31. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n Watch Holland\u2019s appearance on the \u201cDish Podcast\u201d below.
