\n\tSudeikis, 50, brought his 12-year-old son Otis and 9-year-old daughter Daisy to the Apple TV show\u2019s Los Angeles premiere, where they were reunited with cast members<\/a> including Brendan Hunt, Hannah Waddingham, Juno Temple and more. <\/p>\n

\n\tIn photos from the red carpet, Sudeikis was seen shielding his kids\u2019 eyes from the California sun as they smiled for photographers at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures on July 27. <\/p>\n

\n\tSudeikis reprises his role as Ted Lasso\u2019s<\/em> titular character in the fourth season of the show, which premieres on August 5. In the upcoming season, Ted is coaching a second-division women\u2019s soccer team after leaving AFC Richmond\u2019s men\u2019s squad in the hands of Roy Kent (Brett Goldstein). <\/p>\n

\n\tSudeikis is also returning as the show\u2019s executive producer and showrunner.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe actor shares Otis and Daisy with ex-fianc\u00e9e Olivia Wilde<\/a>, whom he started dating in 2011 after meeting at an SNL<\/em> party. They split in 2020 after a seven-year-long engagement.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn a June 2026 appearance on Call Her Daddy<\/a><\/em>, Wilde said that she and Sudeikis work well together as coparents of their two children. \u201cWe are great f\u2014ing co-parents,\u201d Wilde told host Alex Cooper. \u201cThese kids are consistently getting the best of us in a way that when we were together was not possible because we did not work together, but we work really well as separated co-parents. When I talk to people who are just in very unhappy situations and staying in it for the kids, I\u2019m like, \u2018You\u2019re doing no one any favors.’\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI actually find this divvying up of responsibility in a way can allow for really amazing parenting because we are always our best with our kids,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI really value the opportunity to be completely present with them, and then to hand them off to a very capable co-parent who is very present with them when he\u2019s with them,\u201d she said. \u201cThen, I have this space, which is permission to then go work my f\u2014ing ass off.\u201d<\/p>\n
