I’M A Celebrity is back for another jam-packed series of jungle antics – and two new campmates have been thrown into the mix.
Ant and Dec welcomed this year’s crop of brave stars to Australia on Sunday evening and they are currently settling into life in camp.
But the dynamic of the group is now set to be put to the test with the arrival of Love Island‘s Maura Higgins and TV vicar Richard Coles.
The latecomers made their debut at the end of Wednesday’s episode and will be shown properly entering the jungle on Thursday.
Maura and Rev Coles will head straight to Snake Rock before being given a secret mission.
In a sneak peek of Snake Rock, Sam Thompson told I’m A Celebrity: Unpacked viewers that it has been transformed into a junk yard.
Unusually, the pair have been given a two-ring hob – but Sam refused to divulge what it is for.
Meanwhile, back in the main camp the celebs are going hungry after GK Barry – real name Grace Keeling – and Dean McCullough didn’t get a single star in their Bushtucker Trial.
The pair, who have already given themselves a reputation for being screamers, took on Drown In The Dumps but spectacularly failed.
As a result, the campmates did not receive any meals and had to make do with rice and beans.
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! continues tonight at 9pm on ITV1, STV & ITVX.
Our I’m A Celebrity live blog is currently on pause but we’ll be back for the final. Meanwhile, go here for all the latest news and updates…

Danny Jones opens up about 20-year battle with anxiety
Danny Jones became emotional on last night’s episode of I’m A Celebrity as he shared his two-decade-long struggle with anxiety.
The emotional moment came during a chat about tattoos, which quickly turned personal for the McFly star.
Danny revealed the story behind a tattoo on his chest that reads, “The day’s worthwhile when you make someone smile,” explaining it was a mantra his grandad lived by.
The conversation grew even more poignant as he pointed to tattoos on his wrists that read, “Don’t worry, be happy.”
He shared: “It’s because I’m always constantly worrying, but that’s what I’m working on.”
Danny revealed that he has been in therapy since he was 19 to cope with anxiety.
He also recalled a harrowing experience of having a panic attack on live TV during an interview.

Two new arrivals
I’m A Celebrity fans got a sneak peek of two new campmates at the end of last night’s episode, with the arrival of Maura Higgins and Richard Coles teased as a big surprise.
Maura, best known for her fiery personality on Love Island in 2019, is swapping villa drama for jungle trials. Joining her is Richard Coles, a Church of England priest who is no stranger to reality TV, having appeared on BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing.
Ant told viewers: “There is another big surprise coming your way.
“Two new faces are heading for the jungle.”

Oti Mabuse opens up about tragic loss of teenage brother
I’m A Celebrity star Oti Mabuse, 34, shared an emotional moment in camp as she opened up about the devastating loss of her teenage brother to suicide.
While discussing mental health with campmates Danny Jones, Jane Moore, and Tulisa, Oti listened as Danny spoke about his long journey with therapy to manage anxiety.
Reflecting on her own experience, Oti revealed: “I had a brother who committed suicide when he was 16, and I think if he had spoken to someone about what he was feeling, it would’ve been a different turnout.”
She went on to describe the enduring grief her family faces, saying: “Every year, we celebrate his birthday, but it’s the people left with the aftermath that feel it every single day. You have to go out in the world and be strong, happy, bubbly, and positive. But it’s tough.”

Dean McCullough and GK Barry fail first Bushtucker Trial
I’m A Celebrity stars Dean McCullough and GK Barry struggled under pressure in last night’s Bushtucker Trial, Drown in the Dumps, leaving camp empty-handed.
Voted in by the public, Dean faced the nerve-wracking challenge of retrieving keys from the top tank and then passing them down to GK, who needed to unlock padlocks in the water-filled bottom tank.
However, chaos ensued when GK missed the first key, letting it sink. Hesitant to dive down, the podcaster lost precious time before attempting to unlock the padlocks with only two minutes remaining.
Despite their efforts, none of the locks opened, and the pair returned to camp without securing any stars.

Viewers horrified as star admits he hasn’t changed his underwear
I’m A Celebrity viewers were left cringing after McFly’s Danny Jones revealed he hadn’t changed his underwear since arriving in camp.
During last night’s episode, Danny confessed to his fellow campmates: “I’ve not changed my boxers that I had a snake on…”
Internet star GK Barry didn’t hold back, offering him some much-needed advice: “Before you go back to your wife, you’re gonna need to disinfect!”
Viewers soon flocked to social media to share their thoughts.
Taking to X, one fan wrote: “Danny, you’ve been in there 3/4 days and had a snake in your pants and you’re still wearing them? The f**k?”
Another commented: “Can’t believe Danny is still wearing the same boxers 4 days later.”

Oti Mabuse shocks fans by revealing Her real name
Dancing on Ice judge and I’m A Celebrity star Oti Mabuse left fans stunned after revealing her real name during a candid moment in camp.
The 34-year-old South African dancer surprised her fellow campmates when she revealed that she wasn’t born “Oti” but rather “Otlile.”
The revelation aired on last night’s episode of the spin-off show, I’m A Celebrity: Unpacked.
Following the moment, a representative for Oti confirmed the spelling of her full name to The Sun.

Meet the presenters of I’m A Celebs “Unpacked”
After five years away, I’m A Celebrity has relaunched it’s ITV spin-off show.
Rebranded as Unpacked, the series airs on ITV2 directly after the main show ends.
So who are this year’s presenters?
- Joel Dommett: A household name since his stint on I’m A Celebrity in 2016, Joel’s career skyrocketed, leading to gigs like hosting the National Television Awards and The Masked Singer. Now, he’s anchoring this exciting new spin-off.
- Sam Thompson: The reigning King of the Jungle from 2023, Sam is back in Australia, trading his crown for a hosting mic. The beloved reality star brings his signature energy to the Unpacked line-up.
- Kemi Rodgers: Known for her vibrant personality, Kemi is a Capital Radio favorite, hosting their mid-morning show. She’s no stranger to TV either, with appearances on Big Brother: Late and Live and BBC Morning Live.

Name game
Fun fact: Tulisa’s real name isn’t actually Tulisa.
Just before she jetted off to Australia for I’m A Celebrity, the N-Dubz star revealed her real name.
And it turns out we’ve been saying it all wrong for YEARS.
Speaking to Olivia Attwood on her podcast, Tulisa revealed her real name is actually ‘Tula’.

Oti’s handover
Oti Mabuse has opened up about leaving her one-year-old daughter for her stint in the jungle.
Explaining while she felt comfortable doing it, she told fellow parents Coleen Rooney and Alan Halsall: “I actually have a really amazing husband.
“When I left, he was like, ‘Thank you for trusting me’.”
Former Strictly Come Dancing pro Oti and her dancer husband Marius Lepure welcomed their daughter into the world last year.
The couple announced her birth alongside a gorgeous photo on Christmas Day.

Sneak peek
New arrivals Maura Higgins and Rev Richard Coles will be dropped straight into Snake Rock tonight.
But the neighbouring camp, which is famed for holding latecomers for a few days, has been given a dramatic make-under.
In a sneak peek look, I’m A Celebrity: Unpacked host Sam Thompson revealed that Snake Rock is now a jungle junkyard.
However, there is one thing among the junk that the other camp doesn’t have – a two-ring gas hob. Interesting!
-
Big trouble
I’m A Celebrity’s Dean has left show bosses stumped with his punishment for sneaking in tea.
Speaking about the contraband incident, host Dec has revealed producers are puzzled about how to punish him.
During last night’s spin-off show Unpacked, Dec said: “Something has happened this morning.
“I don’t know if we’ve seen the bag but I think we’ve seen the tea.
“Normally to penalise them, we take their food off them. But they don’t have any food!”

Skanky souvenir
One former I’m A Celebrity former campmate has revealed she’s kept a gruesome souvenir from the show.
Olympia javelin thrower Fatima Whitbread has gone down in the IAC history books after a cockroach crawled up her nose in the 2011 series.
The medic had to rush into camp and flush it out of her head with water.
Fatima has now revealed she’s kept the offending creature.
Holding it up in a box during a video call on I’m A Celebrity: Unpacked, Fatima said the incident ‘does give her nightmares’ at this time if year.
She also shocked hosts Joel Dommett, Sam Thompson and Kemi Rodgers by revealing it took 45 MINUTES to get the cockroach out.
*SHUDDER*

Good luck
Love Island’s Maura Higgins was grilled before her I’m A Celebrity debut.
And the early signs aren’t brilliant.
In a clip that aired on last night’s I’m A Celebrity: Unpacked, Maura said: “I’ve never slept outside. Ever. I’m an indoor girl.”
Oh dear. At least Dean might get a break from the trials, though?

Secret signal
Danny Jones’ wife Georgia has revealed he has been sending secret signals home to their son Cooper.
In a chat with Lorraine Kelly, Georgia said their six-year-old son has eagerly been watching out for his dad to do the sign in every episode.
“Cooper has got a little signal he watches out for,” she told Lorraine. “And Danny has done it, yeah.”
Lorraine told Georgia it was best to keep it a secret. Aww.
-
No prep
Maura Higgins has admitted to doing zero prep ahead of her jungle stint.
In fact, the Love Island star says she has been doing “the worst” things in the lead up.
Ahead of her big entrance tonight, Maura said: “I have
probably been doing the worst thing by loading up on all my
favourite foods, drinking as much red wine as I can and
eating as much pasta.“I probably should have weaned myself off things, but that’s not how my brain works!”
-
Dirty pants
McFly star Danny has admitted to wearing the same pair of pants since he arrived in the jungle.
Yep. The same pair that the giant snake found its way into. Yuck!
But he isn’t the only dirty and festering star.
With the weather turning cold and rainy, none of the celebs – other than Coleen Rooney – have braved the waterfall shower.
It must stink in there!
-
Looking ahead
It looks like I’m A Celeb bosses have got their first campmate for next year’s series.
Coronation Street actor Colson Smith has been in Australia all week after he was asked to appear as a guest on spin-off I’m A Celebrity: Unpacked.
When asked if he’d ever take part in I’m A Celebrity, Colson replied: “Absolutely, yes!”
Colson said being among the excitement of the show all week has really encouraged him to sign up.

Trial backlash
Dean will be taking on yet another Bushtucker Trial following the public vote and it is no surprise.
They are clearly not his forte but the majority of viewers are obviously relishing in his misery.
Not everyone is happy, though. Quite a few fans are fed up with him being picked each night.
Writing on X, formerly known as Twitter, one said: ‘Why are people ruining these trials by voting Dean? It’s a waste of our time.
“He’s not going to do well in them. Get people like Danny, Tulisa or Coleen to do it.”
Another agreed: “Bored with Dean doing trials now. He won’t complete any and he’s already done too many.”
What do you think?
-
Snore fest
If the campmates think Melvin Odoom’s snoring is bad, it seems they are in for a rude awakening.
Camp newbie Reverend Richard Coles is such a loud snorer that he has to wear a special contraption at night.
Ahead of his arrival, he said: “I do snore. I have to wear this anti-snoring thing at home and my partner gets very short tempered.
“I hope I don’t torment people too much with that!”
Perhaps the “anti-snoring thing” will be his luxury item?!
-
New campmates
Exciting! Two new campmates!
Maura Higgins and Reverend Richard Coles are going in, but we have to wait until tomorrow to see their entrance. Boo!
Gosh, I really hope they had a good meal beforehand because they ain’t getting any food in there!
-
Lethal result
There we have it, Dean is doing the Lethal Lab trial.
The campmates are rallying around while he looks STUNNED at being picked again.
Why is he so surprised? Does he not know how this show works?!
-
Rule break
Dean has teabags?! TEABAGS?
This is surely a code red contraband emergency!
As if he hasn’t made things bad enough for all the campmates already?!
-
Going hungry
They might be singing about ‘no more rice and beans’ but unfortunately this might only be the beginning!
Given GK and Dean’s massive flop in tonight’s Bushtucker Trial, I’ll be astounded if one of them doesn’t get picked for the next one.
Which means that food bag man will get another night off too. And another. And another….
-
High emotion
Either the lack of food is getting to them or the campmates really have formed a very close bond already.
What emotional scenes we’ve just had!
That was a tragic tale about Oti’s late brother, that’s for sure.
But doesn’t it just really highlight the important to speak up just like Danny did? Good chat, guys and girls, good chat.
-
Danny’s tears
Poor Danny. What a man, though, for speaking up about his battle with anxiety.
His openness about his struggles with his mental health has definitely gone down well with fans.
“Danny is my winner! Has been since I saw the line up,” one viewer concluded on X, following the heartbreaking scenes.
