JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – An internationally known comedian will not be performing this month at Thalia Mara Hall.
On Friday, Arden Barnett, with Ardenland, confirmed that Kevin Hart’s September 22 show, “Kevin Hart: Acting My Age,” had been canceled.
“Unfortunately, due to Thalia Mara Hall undergoing structural issues and not being ready to open, ‘Kevin Hart: Acting My Age’ shows on September 22 at 6 p.m. and 9 p.m… are canceled,” Barnett said in a statement. “All refunds will be issued from [the] point of purchase.”
“Hart is looking forward to returning to Jackson, MS as soon as possible.”

Barnett also said two other shows, Kansas, and Wheel of Fortune, also have been canceled.
Thalia Mara has been closed for weeks after mold was found growing in the facility.
