Fizz Champagne and Bubbles Bar will host a free album listening party from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday inside its space at DOCO Plaza, 615 David J. Stern Walk, Suite 105, near Estelle Bakery & P\u00e2tisserie and steps from Golden 1 Center in downtown Sacramento.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Swift\u2019s new album draws inspiration from her life as a performer and includes 12 songs with a total runtime of 41 minutes and 40 seconds.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The lead single, \u201cThe Fate of Ophelia,\u201d opens the album. Sabrina Carpenter is featured on the title track.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re throwing a showgirl-worthy party for the release of Taylor Swift\u2019s brand-new album The Life of a Showgirl,\u201d Fizz Champagne said in a social media post<\/a>. \u201cSequins, champagne and Swifties unite \u2013 let\u2019s celebrate like true showgirls.\u201d<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The event will include a friendship bracelet-making station, a photo booth themed to the album, and a special cocktail menu. Themed drinks will be served alongside a limited \u201cTaylor-approved\u201d menu featuring chicken tenders, fries, oysters and caviar.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Additional activities include a best showgirl attire contest, raffles, and giveaways, including a \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl: Sweat and Vanilla Perfume Portofino Orange Glitter\u201d vinyl.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The album will play throughout the evening, accompanied by visuals and music videos.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Admission is free and open to the public. No tickets are required, but attendees must be 21 or older.<\/p>\n

Rock out to Swift on big screen<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

Fans unable to attend the Fizz Champagne event have another way to mark the album release.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Multiple Cinemark theaters across the capital region<\/a> will screen \u201cThe Life of a Showgirl\u201d this weekend as part of a special visual album release. The film, which runs 90 minutes, will start at scheduled showtimes without previews, according to Cinemark. Screenings begin Friday and continue through Sunday.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are thrilled to invite Swifties to celebrate TS12 together in a vibrant, communal setting,\u201d Cinemark President and CEO Sean Gamble said in the statement.<\/p>\n
