\nrelatado para ele, seja para seu pr\u00f3prio benef\u00edcio ou para o benef\u00edcio de seus clientes de investimento ou de seus parceiros, conforme o caso, exceto que (i) a GAMCO n\u00e3o tem autoridade para votar 17.000 das a\u00e7\u00f5es relatadas, (ii) a Gabelli Funds tem o \u00fanico
