Londres, 27 de mar\u00e7o de 2026 <\/b>\u2013 Guillemot Brothers Limited anuncia ter liquidado fisicamente no vencimento, em 23 de mar\u00e7o de 2026:<\/p>\n

    o contrato futuro pr\u00e9-pago para 2.424.242 a\u00e7\u00f5es da Ubisoft Entertainment SA,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    (juntos, o \u201cA\u00e7\u00f5es<\/b>\u201d).<\/p>\n

    ambos celebrados entre o Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (\u00abCACIB\u00bb) e a Guillemot Brothers Limited (anteriormente, Guillemot Brothers SE) em 20 de mar\u00e7o de 2018 como parte da transa\u00e7\u00e3o entre a Ubisoft Entertainment SA e a Vivendi sobre a venda de toda a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da Vivendi na Ubisoft Entertainment SA.<\/p>\n
