Nessa an\u00e1lise, mencionei a peculiaridade que mais me incomodou sem entrar em muitos detalhes, e acho que realmente deveria ser destacada &#8211; pelo menos para encorajar a Mercedes a reconsiderar sua escolha, e outras montadoras a nunca fazerem o mesmo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-paragraph skip\">O CLA350 incorpora a edi\u00e7\u00e3o mais recente do software de infoentretenimento MB.OS da empresa e, em alguns aspectos, \u00e9 bastante simples e agrad\u00e1vel de usar. A interface como um todo, desde o painel de instrumentos digitais at\u00e9 a tela central, parece menos confusa do que costumava ser e tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 bastante \u00e1gil. <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thedrive.com\/category\/mercedes-news\">Mercedes<\/a> tamb\u00e9m reduziu a quantidade de controles capacitivos no volante e adicionou interruptores f\u00edsicos para cima\/baixo, o que \u00e9 sempre uma vantagem. Por\u00e9m, nesta reformula\u00e7\u00e3o dos controles do volante e do sistema de m\u00eddia, houve uma v\u00edtima gritante: a capacidade de pular m\u00fasicas ou predefini\u00e7\u00f5es de r\u00e1dio a partir dos bot\u00f5es do volante.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-paragraph skip\">Em outras palavras, a \u00fanica maneira de navegar pela m\u00eddia neste carro \u00e9 tocando nos bot\u00f5es de reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o na tela de infoentretenimento \u2013 que, pelo menos na visualiza\u00e7\u00e3o padr\u00e3o da p\u00e1gina inicial\/mapa, s\u00e3o <em>muito <\/em>min\u00fasculo \u2013 ou por meio de comandos de voz. H\u00e1 dois anos revisei um <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thedrive.com\/car-reviews\/2024-mercedes-benz-e350-review\">Mercedes E350 2024<\/a>outro sed\u00e3 muito avan\u00e7ado em tecnologia. Os controles de reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o do volante do E350 tamb\u00e9m eram limitados, na medida em que o widget de m\u00eddia precisava estar ativo no painel de instrumentos se voc\u00ea quisesse pular m\u00fasicas atrav\u00e9s do teclado direcional capacitivo no volante. Estranho e irritante, mas ei, pelo menos havia um <em>caminho<\/em>. Evidentemente, a Mercedes achou que at\u00e9 isso era mais do que necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-paragraph skip\">Quem sabe especificamente por que essa decis\u00e3o foi tomada. Eu n\u00e3o ficaria surpreso; A Mercedes, como muitas montadoras, tem <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/media.mbusa.com\/releases\/mercedes-benz-and-liquid-ai-partner-to-scale-embedded-in-car-intelligence-in-north-america\">investiu toneladas de dinheiro e desenvolvimento<\/a> em seu assistente de voz digital, equipando-o com IA para que possa realizar tarefas de maneira mais conversacional.<\/p>\n<p class=\"article-paragraph skip\">Para isso, eu diria apenas que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 raz\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica para que o software da Merc n\u00e3o possa ser atualizado para trazer esse comportamento de volta aos modelos que n\u00e3o o possuem, por meio de uma atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o over-the-air.
