After nearly 20 years in the spotlight, Khloe Kardashian<\/a><\/strong> has nothing to hide.<\/p>\n

Which is why The Kardashians<\/em> star finally decided to come clean about all the cosmetic procedures she’s had done<\/a> last year, regardless of what internet haters might say about her appearance.<\/p>\n

“This gentleman was dictating all these things that I did,” Khloe\u2014mom to daughter True<\/strong>, 8, and son Tatum<\/strong>, 3, with ex Tristan Thompson<\/a><\/strong>\u2014reflected in a People<\/a><\/em> interview published June 18. “And if I did, I would totally say that. I don’t have a problem with it.”<\/p>\n

But after two decades of facing plastic surgery rumors, the 41-year-old was finally ready to set the record straight once and for all.<\/p>\n

“I also want people to know, not that anyone thinks this is all natural, but it’s not,” Khloe continued. “There is maintenance involved. I’ve been in the public eye since I was 21. And so age has something to do with it, weight loss for sure. But yes, I’ve had enhancements. I’ve had my nose done. I love any sort of laser or injectable.”<\/p>\n

“With Kim<\/strong><\/a> and I specifically, we’ll go down these rabbit holes,” Khloe shared. “I’ll see like it can be a stretch mark laser commercial, and when I send it to her, I’m like, ‘Do you think this is real?’ and we’re like, ‘We need that.’”<\/p>\n

While Khloe still loves a day of pampering and rejuvenation at the dermatologist\u2019s office every now and then, the Good American founder admitted she feels most beautiful at home with her family.<\/p>\n

“It sounds so corny, but I do,” she told the outlet. “Hearing little giggles and having silly dance parties and just rolling on the floor and having just these smiles, that’s what I’ve learned is the most beautiful to me.”<\/p>\n
