🐔 Chicken pieces (cleaned)
🧅 Onion
🧄 Garlic
🌿 Ginger
🌶️ Green chilies
🌿 Fresh coriander leaves
🌱 Mint leaves

🍋 Lemon juice
🥣 Curd (thick)
🥛 Fresh cream (thick)
🛢️ Oil or ghee (for cooking)
*Whole Spices 🌿:*
🌸 Cloves
💚 Cardamom
🌾 Cumin seeds
🍂 Cinnamon stick
⚫ Whole black pepper
*Dry Masala 🧡:*
🌿 Coriander powder
💛 Turmeric powder
🌶️ Red chili powder
🌼 Garam masala powder
🌾 Cumin powder
🌿 Roasted kasuri methi

👨🍳 *Method:*
1. *Make the Marinade:* Blend onion, garlic, ginger, green chilies, coriander & mint into a smooth paste.
2. *Marinate the Chicken:* Add salt, black pepper, lemon juice, curd, thick cream & the prepared paste to the chicken. Marinate for 1 hour.
3. *Roast the Chicken:* Heat a pan with a little oil or ghee and roast the marinated chicken till lightly golden and half cooked.
4. *Prepare the Gravy:* In another kadhai, heat oil or ghee, add whole spices (cloves, cardamom, cumin, cinnamon, black pepper) and sauté till aromatic.
5. *Add the Leftover Marinade:* Pour in the remaining marinade and cook for 5 minutes. Add coriander powder, turmeric, red chili, cumin & garam masala.
6. *Combine & Cook:* Add roasted chicken, mix well, and cook until oil separates and the chicken is tender.
7. *Finish in Style ✨:* Sprinkle garam masala, roasted kasuri methi & drizzle fresh cream on top for that royal touch.
