TLC star Amy Slaton from 1000-lb Sisters has walked up the aisle on Halloween marrying her new partner Brain Lovvorn, two years after she divorced her ex husband of six years
Reality TV star Amy Slaton has tied the knot to her new partner Brain Lovvorn with a Halloween wedding.
The 38-year-old star, who appears on TLC’s 1000-lb Sisters, wed her partner with the spooky themed wedding after the pair got engaged when Brian proposed during a haunted house after just five months of dating.
Now Amy and Brian appeared to carry the spooky theme onto their big day as they wed on October 31 at Talbott Tavern, Kentucky. The nuptials come just two years after Amy’s divorce, and after she was in legal trouble last year after she was arrested when police said they found psychedelic mushrooms and marijuana in her car.

While Amy and Brain’s loved ones joined them at the ceremont, sister Tammy wasn’t a bridesmaid or even part of the bridal party. Instead she was spotted sitting on a bench looking at the photographs being taken but keeping her distance.
Amy stood for photographs with her new husband, as they were surrounded by three bridesmaids and groomsmen. However Amy’s family didn’t appear to be joining in the party, which comes after they and fans have admitted concerns over her relationship.
Before the couple publicly confirmed their romance, Brian and Amy made headlines in September 2024, when they were arrested at a Tennessee zoo for drug possession and child endangerment. In December 2024, they pleaded guilty to one count of simple possession of marijuana and one count of simple possession of mushrooms and the two counts of child endangerment were dismissed.
Amy had previously opened up to PEOPLE as she revealed she had chose another person to be her Maid of Honor.
She explained, “I deeply cherished the journey of wedding planning, embracing the art and location hunting, but selecting bridesmaids and groomsmen proved to be a profound challenge.
She added, “Yet I intuitively knew that my extraordinary friend Ollisha [Davis] (Lee Lee) would graciously accept the esteemed honor of being my maid of honor, even before I extended the heartfelt invitation.”
The ceremony was officiated by their friend, Billy, who also officiated Tammy Slaton and Caleb Willingham’s wedding in 2022 at Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio.
Speaking about her new partner, Amy spoke proudly about her new husband as she said, “Getting married means that I’m no longer lonely because I’ve discovered my soulmate, Brian, is my happy place! Once you get to know him, you’ll find him to be the sweetest, most caring person you’ll ever have the pleasure of knowing!”
Amy also praised Brian for ‘winning over her boys’ as she referred to her two sons Gage Deon, 4, and Glenn Allen, 3 with ex-husband Michael Halterman.
