Matt Mullins double dipped as the Fallfest organizer, as well as performing with his band Matt Mullins and the Bringdowns. He is always thrilled to team up with Tamarack for massive concerts like this one and Summerfest.
“Fallfest is a celebration of us falling into that the most beautiful time in West Virginia, which is the foliage. We have the best landscape, I believe, in the whole world. I have got to travel all over and here here in Beckley is a celebration of kicking off of our fall season,” said Mullins.
No matter what your taste in music is, they had a little something for everyone. For 2025’s Fallfest, Mullins was able to land a superstar team-up between John Ellison and the Carpenter Ants. McDowell County native John Ellison is responsible for the hit song “Some Kind of Wonderful” that became the most re-recorded song in history.
“To think that the song is so special and to have John Ellison here is awesome,” said Mullins.
There is plenty on the horizon that music lovers can get excited about.
