NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The second annual Cousinz Festival took place over the Labor Day weekend at the Norfolk Scope.

The festival, which took place on Saturday, Aug. 30, featured artists such as Jeezy, T-Pain, Lil’ Kim and BackyardBand.
