FORT WORTH – FW Westside RE Investors LLC is redeveloping an industrial property at 2800 Cullen St. into an entertainment venue.
The 3.67-acre development will have 19,099 sf of indoor space, 23,453 sf of outdoor space with a 23,000-sf covered patio, and 165 parking spaces.
The project is part of phase one of Westside Village, a $1.7 billion, 37-acre mixed-use development.
Renovation will begin once a tenant is secured.
