The actress, who is known for playing Cerie on 30 Rock, has welcomed her first baby with her husband Adam Taylor, sharing the news on Instagram. Bowden, 37, posted a carousel of photos, which included one sweet shot of the mom and daughter cuddling together in a hospital bed.
She also included a photo of herself giving a thumbs up while in labor, as well as pictures of Taylor and their daughter.
“Rowyn Sage Taylor💕10/12/25 Her birth was simultaneously the most emotional, difficult and joyful experience of our lives,” she wrote in her caption.
“She is healthy, happy, home and we are just so in love. We are deep in the newborn bubble of contact naps, cluster feeds and just staring at her beautiful face all day. Will share more soon.”

Bowden exclusively revealed to PEOPLE in May that she was pregnant and expecting the couple’s first baby. At the time, she said the pregnancy was bringing them even closer together.
“It definitely has brought us closer together,” she told PEOPLE. “In the beginning, it was a little bit scary, and it’s still a little bit scary because it’s something so unknown and so different.”
“It brought us closer together talking about how we want to parent, names, just preparing for something that we’ve never had to think about before, so it’s definitely bonded us in a way that we’ve never bonded before,” she said.
Bowden said she and Taylor were “shocked and excited” when they found out that they were expecting a little one.
“We had just started trying, so we didn’t expect it to happen so fast,” Bowden told PEOPLE at the time. “It was really surprising and exciting. [Taylor] was very excited and immediately wanted to tell everybody.”
She also shared that there’s one thing she and her husband are looking forward to doing once they became a family of three.
“We really plan to, in the beginning [during] the first year, try to travel just to get the baby used to being in new places and around different environments,” she said. “We want to try to do a big trip or a good, fun vacation type of trip, the two of us with the baby, and then just immerse the baby in something new and something different and different experiences.”
Last November, Bowden and her husband tied the knot in Kailua, Hawaii, Taylor’s hometown. The pair exchanged handwritten vows, wearing traditional Hawaiian leis designed by Lei by Dillyn.
