’90 Day Fiancé’ Star Jasmine Pineda Ordered to Pay Ex Gino $500 a Month

For years, 90 Day Fiancé viewers watched Gino Palazzolo accuse Jasmine Pineda of only being interested in his money. Now, in one of the franchise’s most unexpected twists that could only be worthy of a TLC special, the financial tables have officially turned.

Newly released court documents obtained by Us Weekly show Pineda has been ordered to pay her ex-husband $20,000 in spousal support following the finalization of their divorce, requiring her to send Palazzolo $500 every month for the next 40 months beginning July 1.

The divorce judgment also divides the couple’s assets. Palazzolo will keep the former couple’s home in Canton, Michigan, while Pineda retains the Florida property in Dunedin. Each will keep the furniture, jewelry, clothing, and personal belongings already in their possession, while Palazzolo also walks away with the couple’s 2015 Ford Explorer. According to the filing, Pineda’s support payments total $20,000 over the life of the agreement.

Since meeting online in 2019, Palazzolo and Pineda built a reputation as arguably the franchise’s messiest couple, with their storyline stretching across Before the 90 Days, the flagship series, Happily Ever After?, The Last Resort, and The Single Life.

Their relationship became synonymous with explosive fights, trust issues, financial disputes, jealousy, and an open marriage that unraveled almost immediately.

Pineda later began a relationship with Matt Branistareanu while still married to Palazzolo, welcomed daughter Matilda in March 2025, and remains the mother of sons Juance and JC, who live in Panama.

Both camps quickly claimed the divorce outcome validated their side of the story. Palazzolo’s attorney argued his client had offered an amicable split from the beginning.

“My client is a super nice guy; he offered from the very beginning for each party to walk away keeping their own property,” the attorney told Us Weekly. “She asked for money she was not entitled to… The end result, she’s paying my client money, and he is not paying her one red cent.”

Pineda’s representatives painted a different picture, saying she agreed to the settlement to put the marriage behind her—not because she believed Palazzolo’s version of events. “Jasmine chose peace over prolonged litigation,” manager Dominique Enchinton said to TMZ. “She honored a settlement so she could close this chapter and focus on her children, her family, and her future.”

Attorney Andrew J. Tahmazian added that Pineda had “exercised remarkable restraint” despite what he described as repeated false public accusations, warning that further defamatory statements could result in legal action.

Pineda’s team also pointed to the financial outcome itself, noting that after years of claims she married Palazzolo for money, “the legal resolution concluded with Jasmine providing financial support to Gino.”

The divorce closes the legal chapter of a relationship that unraveled in spectacular fashion. After marrying in June 2023, the pair separated in 2024 before attempting to salvage their marriage by entering an open relationship on 90 Day: The Last Resort. Palazzolo later admitted he regretted the decision, saying, “Overall, after all this was done, I regret agreeing to open marriage. But I felt like I was trapped in a corner.”
