A “groundbreaking” documentary series is looking for people trapped and living in a real-life mystery: Where is my spouse?
“An acclaimed television production company, in partnership with a major cable network, is seeking individuals whose husbands or wives have suddenly and inexplicably disappeared — vanishing without warning, contact, or explanation,“ the production company wrote on Backstage.com.
Experts are being used to help people “uncover the truth, find closure, and begin rebuilding their lives after being left in emotional and legal limbo.”
The documentary, called “Has Your Spouse Disappeared Without a Trace?,” is not scripted and needs people still legally married but cannot contact their husband or wife.
“If this sounds like your story — or the story of someone you know — consider submitting,” the Backstage posting states.
It pays $2,500 for about five days of work. Filming starts in the fall where ever the storyteller is located.
Casting is being done by Paul Head Casting, who has also casted for “sMothered,” “Supernanny” and multiple other shows on HGTV, TLC, ABC and MTV.
