Sydney Sweeney is getting dragged by a comedian who mocked the White Lotus beauty’s recent ad campaign for American Eagle jeans.
In a commercial clip, the actress, 27, models a full denim outfit with her cleavage on display as she coos, “Genes are passed down from parents to offspring, often determining traits like hair color, personality and even eye color. My jeans are blue.”
The short ends with the punny tagline, “Sydney Sweeney has great jeans.”

But some critics have suggested the campaign is tone-deaf and echoes rhetoric associated with eugenics and white supremacy.
Amid the hubbub, Los Angeles–based jokester Michael Pavano parodied Sydney’s promotion in a clip posted to his TikTok account.

Sporting a long wig and a comically large balloon bust, Pavano mimics the Euphoria star in the video, which also features a voiceover of pretentious, nonsensical statements about genetics.
Pavano says, “My jeans are blue — so they’re, like, better than yours. They say people with blond hair and blue eyes, they’re nature’s favorite. I don’t say it, but they do — but I buy it!”
The funnyman tells Daily Mail, “So far, the sketch has been received very well.”
