Harvey Weinstein’s legal bills have hit the “tens of millions” an insider says — and the fallen producer is now poring over his past movie contracts from jail to see if he’s entitled to any dough.

This month, the Miramax co-founder filed a lawsuit in New York State Supreme Court alleging he’s owed $2.3 million by his former partners in the 2015 Broadway musical, “Finding Neverland.”

A source told us, “Weinstein has racked up tens of millions of legal bills… so he could use the money.”

He’s facing his third retrial, NYC prosecutors said Wednesday, on a third-degree rape charge stemming from 2013.

He’s already been convicted of criminal sex act against one woman in NYC and found not guilty in another charge, while continuing to appeal a 2022 sexual assault conviction in LA, where he was sentenced to 16 years in prison. (He has denied the charges against him.)

We hear that the former Hollywood fixture has now been working from jail on the “Finding Neverland” suit and that he met with his attorney Robert J. Hantman on Monday.

“Harvey told Robert, ‘While I have been in jail, I have had time to go over my old deals and realized that the co-producers owe me this money,’” the source said.

Weinstein alleges in court papers filed Aug. 5 that he was entitled to $5,750 per week on the musical, plus “a share of Net Profits equal to” 27.5% in an agreement that was never finalized.

He also alleges in court papers, according to the Hollywood Reporter, that he still has half ownership of the show, and that his partners “retained for themselves an unauthorized payment” he estimates to be worth $4.6 million, claiming he should get $2.3 million.

The defendants in the suit, NETworks Presentations and National Artists Management Company, did not immediately get back to us.

“Finding Neverland” was a stage adaptation of the Weinstein Company movie about the creator of “Peter Pan,” starring Johnny Depp and Kate Winslet. The musical ran for a 17-months on Broadway, and had a national tour.
