“Nice Shoes” Out Now via RCA Records
Grammy-winning artist, producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Steve Lacy has put out his first new music since hitting #1 on Billboard and Spotify charts with his critically-lauded sophomore album, Gemini Rights, in 2022. The song, entitled “Nice Shoes,” was written and produced by Lacy. And while Lacy may have been absent, his music has not – his high school-made demos steadily eclipsed 2 billion streams, landing his songs “Dark Red” and “Bad Habit” in the coveted Spotify Billions Club while also both going platinum.
