MONETA, Va. (WDBJ) – Get ready to rock out for a great cause.
Smith Mountain Lake Good Neighbors is hosting its 6th Annual Battle of the Bands.
The music gets under way at noon on Sunday, August 24 at Mango’s Bar and Grill in Moneta, and lasts all afternoon.
Six local bands will battle it out for bragging rights, along with a $500 grand prize, while the audience enjoys food and drinks at Mango’s.
Every monetary vote you donate for your favorite band helps SML Good Neighbors continue to help our community.
