Seattle Humane‘s Pet of the Month is Zeppelin, a 7-year-old pit bull mix it describes as “sweet and spry” who’s been living at the Bellevue organization for the last two months. Zeppelin is a fan of car rides — particular when the destination gets him a pup cup — and would do best in a home with no kids and as its only dog. Learn more about him here.
Woodland Park Zoo’s Newest Resident
Woodland Park Zoo announced this week that it has a new resident: a 10-year-old, two-toed sloth named Fezzik, who also happens to be the zoo’s first sloth in five years. He’s coming to the Northwest after some time spent at Milwaukee County Zoo. Plan a visit here.
