Kane Brown has hit back at a fan who believes his new body is the work of steroids.
Over the past couple of months, the 31-year-old singer has been focused on his health, and the effort is paying off quickly, leaving many in disbelief.
He took to Instagram with a before and after of his body transformation, showing off his six-pack abs and muscular build. Alongside the photo, he wrote, From April- August and we just getting started!”
Some of his fans praised his efforts, with one saying, “Sooo dope for this health/fitness journey!!! Def inspiring!”
Another added, “Congrats Kane super impressive! Gives me something to shoot for.”
Even fellow Hollywood stars jumped in to praise his hard work. Taylor Lautner wrote, “Dude what are we talkinggg about,” while Bailey Zimmerman said, “Inspiring dawg,” accompanied by a fire emoji.
While the majority of commenters were inspired, a few were left unimpressed as they believed he had been enhancing his results with steroids.
A follower criticized, “Absolute joke. I fully support anyone who wants to do performance enhancing drugs. What I don’t support is them doing them and acting like they didn’t, making people think this is possible. This isn’t even remotely possible even with world class genetics. This is a serious a** cycle to transform like this in 4 months. Just don’t lie. #fakenatty.”
Kane left no room for speculation as he quickly replied to the commenter, writing back, “I fn love it!!!! Please on God drug test me.”

The singer has been documenting his fitness journey over the last couple of months.
In an earlier post, Kane revealed that one of the first steps he took was a 60-hour fast that solely excluded black coffee and water.
After that, he stuck to a strict diet of “meat and veggies.”
The singer had told a fan that if he mixes in the other food groups, he takes certain precautions.
“If I eat carbs I eat them early in the day so they are gone by the time I go to sleep. I don’t eat after 8PM either,” he said.
Kane has even cut out alcohol, saying, “It won’t kill you, but if you work out, alcohol is the worst for muscle recovery. I need my tequila for shows, but I’ve been going dry lately.”
The majority of his fitness journey has been on the road as he just finished The High Road Tour last month. He admitted it gets a little “tricky” to stay consistent while traveling.
“I stay healthy on the road. It is a little bit harder,” he confessed to Men’s Health. “The hardest part is usually after show food because that’s when we get fast food.”
