My Tigers vs. Royals predictions expect Pasquantino’s power to be on full display against Chris Paddack.

Tigers vs Royals best bet: Vinnie Pasquantino Over 1.5 Total Bases (+110)
Vinnie Pasquantino has teed off on right-handed pitching this season. He is sporting a .278 average with a .227 ISO and 41 extra base hits.
He stands a good chance of adding to that total Friday night. Pasquantino draws an advantageous matchup against Chris Paddack, who owns a 4.98 ERA and has allowed more than 50 extra base hits on the year.
Pasquantino hasn’t seen much of Paddack, but is 2-5 with a double and a homer. He’s generated a lot of power over a small sample, which checks out given Paddack’s pitch mix.
Paddack leans most heavily on the fastball, changeup, and curveball against left-handed hitters. Pasquantino has combined to hit 12 homers against the fastball and changeup. He’s also hit .303 vs. the curveball, one of his highest averages of any pitch.
There are a lot of ways for Pasquantino to cause problems for Paddack in this matchup. After a few quiet games, I like Pasquantino’s chances of hitting for some power in this one.
