CHICAGO — Another one of John Stamos’ special demands have been met in order to secure his appearance at this year’s Riot Fest.
Organizers announced in early August that after years of social media harassment, the “Full House” star has tentatively agreed to show up to the Douglass Park music festival — but there are unique demands that have to be met first.
According to Riot Fest organizers, Stamos requested the following:
Festival founder Riot Mike must get a tattoo of the actor.
Riot Fest 2025 must feature a Stamos look-alike contest and a special Stamos-themed Riot Fest t-shirt approved by the actor.
A local Chicago pizza restaurant must create a Greek-style pizza named after and in honor of the actor.
ADVERTISEMENTStamos masks must be printed out for the crowd to wear during the festival.
Riot Fest social media person must give Stamos a foot rub.
The actor must be allowed to say “Riot Fart” anytime someone says “Riot Fest.”
Festival attendees and employees must be prohibited from making eye contact with the actor’s hair.
The first condition of the agreement was upheld. “Riot Mike” Petryshyn shared photos of his new Stamos tattoo on his social media accounts with the caption, “Riot Mike keeps his promise…and gets a John Stamos tattoo. One demand down, nine left to go. On to the next!!”
On Aug. 25, Riot Fest organizers put out a call on the festival’s website for restaurant’s to submit their “Stamos-inspired pizza” to be chosen as “The Official Supreme John Stamos Pizza of Chicagoland.”
Giordano’s Pizza responded to Stamos’ demands, taking to X to show that the pizzeria already has a Greek Pizza named after him, called “The Stamos Supreme.”
Dante’s Tavern and Crust Fund Pizza have also showed their love for Stamos with pizzas named in his honor.
On Friday, the Chicago White Sox and Beggars Pizza announced they have teamed up to debut their limited-time “John Stamos Pie.” The Greek-inspired pizza features gyro meat, kalamata olives, oregano, crumbled feta, artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers.
The pizza will be available to fans at concessions this weekend at Guaranteed Rate Field.
If the demands are met and organizers are able to secure Stamos, he will join the Beach Boys on the Riot Stage at 6:20 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20.
Passes are still up for grabs for the annual event. Visit the RiotFest website for more information or to view a full lineup.
