A Love Island USA participant was trampled by a horse in front of a shocked rodeo crowd.
Taylor Williams, a cast member from the show’s most recent season, fell off his horse at the Arizona Invitational Black Rodeo in Scottsdale, causing the animal to roll over him. The 25-year-old was left lying on the ground after the incident as rodeo officials rushed to his aid.
Since the accident, Taylor has been active on social media, reassuring his fans that he is alright. On Instagram, a friend posted, “Sending all my prayers and positive vibes to @taylor_williams.3 for a speedy recovery,” to which the reality TV star responded, “[Appreciate] it dawg.”
Discussing his recovery on social media, Taylor stated, “Was in a horse accident last night, but I’m still pulling up tonight [August 30] injured and all! It’s my brother’s bday. [You know] we still turnt!”
A video of the incident has been shared on TikTok, capturing the moment Taylor was trampled.
In the video, men are seen riding horses around the ring, as Taylor’s horse becomes unstable, leading to his fall and subsequent trampling.
The video has now garnered over 5.7 million views, with thousands of people flocking to the comments section. One person, whose comment received 57,000 likes, wrote, “Y’all forget horses are HEAVY. We can dislike someone and not wish harm on them. I really do hope it’s nothing serious!!”
Another TikTok user expressed worry for the star, stating, “I actually hope he’s ok! We may not like him, but let’s not put him down after this just happened.”

Yet, a significant number of commenters were more worried about the horse, with one noting that “a leg injury could be the end” for the animal.
After the incident, Taylor posted a picture of himself in a hospital bed, sporting a neck brace. His wrist was visible in the photo, encased in a petite pink cast and connected to a wire.
The TV star has previously spoken about his passion for rodeos and his studies in veterinary medicine. “If you’re not being dangerous, then you’re not living life. My type of girl [has a] good personality, a city girl would be cool,” Taylor revealed in his Love Island introduction video.
Most recently, Taylor posted a video of himself at what appeared to be a birthday celebration, suggesting he’s back on his feet.
