Just a few weeks after Kayla Wallace gave some news about Landman season 2, the former When Calls the Heart star is back to deliver a brand-new update about the drama.
The hit Paramount+ series wrapped filming season 2 earlier in August, and folks are anxious for new episodes to air very soon. Well, it looks like viewers only have to wait a little while longer, thanks to a surprise announcement that came out about Landman‘s official season 2 release date.
According to a report from Deadline on August 13, Landman season 2 will premiere on Sunday, November 16, 2025 on Paramount+. And if that’s not enough, Kayla (who plays lawyer Rebecca Falcone) posted a sneak peek trailer on Instagram to tease what lies ahead for those who profit off the oil fields in West Texas.
“NOV 16. SEASON 2,” she wrote in the caption. “Only on @paramountplus @landmanpplus ✨.”
Given how successful Landman has been ever since it debuted back in November 2024, viewers couldn’t hold back their excitement about an all-new season coming out on TV.
“Let’s go, Rebecca!!!!! Season 2!! 👏❤️🙌,” one person wrote in the comments, referencing her character on the show. “Calendar 🗓️ Marked! ✅,” another exclaimed. “Eeeeeeeeek – CANNOT wait!! 🤍✨✨✨,” a different follower added.
Now, this is the piece of TV information we’ve been waiting for! And as fans of the Taylor Sheridan-created series know, this isn’t the only exciting Landman news folks learned about since the season 1 finale aired back in January.
In April 2025, viewers discovered that actor Sam Elliott (who previously starred in 1883, another show created by Taylor Sheridan) would be joining Landman season 2 in a role that’s currently being kept under wraps. Stefania Spampinato was added to the cast back in June, portraying the wife of drug cartel boss Galino (portrayed by Andy García) in a recurring role.
