“How many people do you think want Drew Cain dead?” Anna (Finola Hughes) asks Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) to open up GH’s weekly video preview. All roads were leading to Drew Cain’s comeuppance, and now it’s here. For weeks and even months, Drew (Cameron Mathison) has made it his business to upset the entire town. He hasn’t spared anyone, not even Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and Rocco (Finn Carr).
“That’s a long list,” responds Dante. It’s a whole lot longer than they probably know. Cut to Drew at home — drinking alone — when a gunshot rings out.

“Who’s at the top?” wonders PCPD Police Commissioner Anna Devane.
The quick succession of shots includes Portia (Brook Kerr), Sonny (Maurice Benard), Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), Curtis (Donnell Turner), Nina (Cynthia Watros), and Michael (Rory Gibson).

Let’s remember that these six Port Charles residents are simply the top suspects. Many more suspects, not pictured, could have done the (mis)deed. The PCPD is about to be challenged, once again. Plus, there’s also the question of Drew’s health. Is this an attempted murder mystery or a murder mystery?
