Rachel Zoe has no issue with her ex-husband, Rodger Berman, moving on “quickly” after he made his new relationship with Bree Jacoby Instagram official, a source exclusively tells Us Weekly.
Zoe, 54, and Berman, 56, may no longer be a couple, but coparenting with consistency is what matters to the famed stylist. “They have both moved on and Rachel is OK with him dating now, as long as the kids are first priority and have normalcy,” an insider tells Us.
Berman and Jacoby “met through fashion industry friends as Bree is a stylist in L.A,” the source adds, noting that they have been “dating for about eight months.”
As for his dynamic with Zoe post-split, “Rodger is still heavily involved in Rachel’s business ventures and he and Rachel are on good terms.”

The reality TV star first announced the end of her relationship with Berman — who is the President of Rachel Zoe, Inc. — in September 2024.
