Swag II, the swift followup to Bieber’s seventh album that dropped nearly two months ago, officially hit Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and other services, despite fans thinking something was up when it didn’t drop midnight eastern, and then midnight pacific time.
Bieber himself was aware of the anxiety over the delays and posted a couple messages on his Instagram that there seemed to be a technical delay of some sort. “It’s comingggggg” Bieber captioned an image of a text conversation with his manager David Waltzer.

Early Thursday, Bieber began teasing the project, confirming his second surprise release after he dropped Swag in July with little to no warning.
