America’s Got Talent Season 20 had some huge developments in its latest episode, as some contestants went through to the semifinals while others had to depart AGT 2025. One of the participants even went straight to the finale, slated to take place on September 23, 2025.
Who was eliminated from America’s Got Talent Season 20 on night 4?
In the latest episode of AGT, the following contestants had to go back home:
Unfortunately, they were the seven groups/acts that did not make it through to the semifinals. Out of the 11 contestants, these acts had to bid goodbye to the show. However, the other four contestants moved forward.
AGT 2025 semifinalists listed
Three of the 11 participants went to the semifinals of AGT Season 20. They are:
Birmingham Youth Fellowship Choir
Interestingly, the fourth one on the list, Team Recycled, went straight to the show’s finale. They won through Howie Mandel’s Live Golden Buzzer and were sent directly to the finale, scheduled for September 23, 2025.
Meanwhile, Birmingham Youth Fellowship Choir, TT Boys, and Zak Mirz will join Week 1’s LightWire, Jourdan Blue, and Sirca Marea; Week 2’s Leo High School Choir, Bay Melnick Virgolino, and Unreal crew; and Week 3’s Jessica Sanchez, Chris Turner, and Mastermind in the AGT 2025 semifinals.
Team Recycled, however, joins Steve Ray Ladsen (Sofia Vergara’s Live Golden Buzzer winner), Mama Duke (Mel B’s buzzer winner), and Micah Palace (Simon Cowell’s Live Golden Buzzer winner) in the finale.
Things seem to have heated up just about the right amount ahead of the finale, which is less than two weeks away. The AGT 2025 semifinals will also be an interesting affair.
America’s Got Talent airs Tuesday nights at 8 PM EST on NBC, followed by a next-day premiere on streaming on Peacock.
