Raising Cane’s opened New York Fashion Week with a runway show at The Standard High Line on Wednesday, showcasing “chicken-finger-inspired” couture designed by Joe Ando-Hirsh. Models including Brooks Nader, Livvy Dunne, Olandria Carthen, Camielle Kostek and Ciara Miller presented custom looks rooted in the brand’s signature menu and Louisiana heritage.
The event blended fashion and food, drawing an audience of athletes, influencers, and industry names such as Suni Lee, Olivia Ponton, Tinx, Rachael Kirkconnell and Reece Feldman. Attendees enjoyed cocktails, Raising Cane’s chicken fingers, and panoramic views of the High Line, while beauty sponsor IPSY provided backstage glam and curated gift bags.
Dunne’s runway finale was a Magnolia-inspired ball gown, making a nod to the inaugural Raising Cane’s restaurant in Louisiana, and Nader wore a golden, bead-embellished dress evoking the texture of fried chicken. Other looks referenced menu favorites, from velvet “sauce dip” motifs to a red silk gown reflecting Raising Cane’s iconic cup.
