Christine McGuinness, 37, previously announced that she was leaving the agency after becoming “overwhelmed” with the attention on her love life.
The documentary maker also admitted at the time that she missed her family while she was at the retreat as she broke down in tears.
She previously confirmed that she would be briefly returning to Celebs Go Dating for the finale.
However, the star then made a dramatic comeback as she attended the last gala put on by the agents.

She shocked her fellow co-stars which included Sam Prince, Olivia Hawkins and Donna Preston as she strutted into the glitzy venue.
The star wore a strapless purple and black coloured silk corset mini dress.
She also played with her long blonde locks which were tied up in a loose ponytail as she flaunted her toned legs.
After she made her dramatic entrance, she made a beeline for Kerry Katona and S Club singer Jon Lee who were delighted to see her.
Both of the pair admitted that they have found love with their respective partners, Paolo Margaglione and Jordan Fairhurst.
Christine was left completely shocked by the result of the process as the star expressed her regret for leaving the series.
She sarcastically joked: “I should have stayed, I could have found the love of my life.”
However, the star admitted that she now feels ‘completely free,’ after reuniting and speaking with her children.
Later in the episode, Christine was engaged in conversation with expert, Dr. Tara Suwinyattapod, where she opened up about the conversations about her dating life with her kids.
The conversations happened really naturally. I needed to do it, I needed that time.

I remember saying to Anna when they asked me, What are you hoping to find? And I said, ‘more than anything, I’d really like to find myself’.
And I’ve done that and now I do feel like I can completely just be myself.
When the expert asked if Christine was now in a space where she would be open to dating, she responded: “Completely, yeah. Completely.”
When Dr Tara then suggested that the “agency doors are open,” whenever she would want to come back, Christine then teased a potential return.
