SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — It was a concert that sold out in minutes. The highly anticipated Bay Area debut for K-pop sensation Le Sserafim took center stage Sunday, Sept. 14 at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco.

Le Sserafim brought fans from all over, including as far as Alaska. A capacity of 8,500 people showed up to see Sakura, Kim Chaewon, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, and Hong Eunchae.

After the final song, “No‐Return (Into the unknown),” the New York-raised Yunjin acknowledged the San Francisco 49ers’ win — receiving cheers from the crowd as the show concluded.

Le Sserafim got a sense of some Bay Area culture during their tour stop. Yunjin said the group will try some signature San Francisco clam chowder. Yunjin later posted photos from her childhood visit she and her family took to San Francisco. She even went on a stroll in the Marina Green, according to her Instagram story on Monday afternoon.

One fan even got each member to do the signature Bay Area “Thizz” dance.

Le Sserafim debuted in 2022 under K-pop music label giant HYBE and has risen the ranks as one of the most popular girl groups today. The group boasts more than 22 million followers across its social media platforms. They are the fastest K-pop girl group to have four consecutive top 10 entries in the Billboard 200: “Unforgiven” (No. 6), “Easy” (No. 8), “Crazy” (No. 7) and “Hot” at No. 9.
