NEW YORK – The stars are out at New York Fashion Week – including some surprising additions to the front row.
After a weekend filled with high fashion and plenty of shows and events, a host of celebrities made their way through the streets of New York and into the seats of the top shows, including Coach, Tory Burch, Luar and Bronx and Banco on Monday, Sept. 15. And while designers put the finishing touches on their runway looks, cameras flashed as celebrities from music, movies, reality TV and more arrived fashionably (or perhaps everyone else was simply early).
USA TODAY got an inside look at Monday’s shows, and we’re bringing you along inside to see which celebs took in the spring/summer 2026 collections.
Ralph Lauren’s cozy, intimate fashion show: Oprah, Usher, Anna Wintour step out
Bronx and Banco
At the Bronx and Banco runway show in Chelsea, stars from the Billboard charts, reality TV and even a former Nickelodeon star sat front row for the collection.
Rapper Saweetie and “Orange is the New Black” actress Dascha Polanco gasped and pulled out their phones to record photos of the looks coming down the catwalk, mouthing “I love that” and nodding. Despite rumors of tensions between the cast members, “Love Island USA” stars Iris Kendall, Amaya Espinal and Chelley Bissainthe were all seated together and posed for photos as a group, including with former “Victorious” star Victoria Justice.
Nicky Hilton and singer Amerie rounded out the front row for the show, which was heavy on the brand’s usual sequins and feathers and light on coverage, with many dresses and tops featuring cut-outs, deep necklines and sheer fabrications.

Coach
Coach has continued to be on a generational fashion run, and the brand tapped the next generation of A-listers for its show.
Rapper GloRilla was all smiles as she rushed in to the show (well, as fast as one can rush in heels and an oversized brown teddy coat), narrowly avoiding a PETA protest featuring a severed cow head outside the show at Pier 36 in lower Manhattan. She popped in next to “Euphoria” star Storm Reid, “A Complete Unknown” star Elle Fanning and “May December” star Charles Melton.

“Coach is there to be the start of something new,” the show notes read. The new vision included updated versions of the brand’s viral Kisslock bag and mini coin purses worn as necklaces. They say three makes a trend, and the hottest new trend now (as seen also at Brandon Maxwell and Lafayette 148) is print media: Coach showcased tiny books in the form of earrings and bag charms. Reading is the new (old) luxury.

Tory Burch

Tory Burch knows she can take her front row (and her latest collection) to the bank – literally. The show, held in Brooklyn at the former Williamsburgh Savings Bank building, saw a chic mix of celebrities and Burch babes.
Tessa Thompson chatted with fellow actress Emma Roberts, who was just seen out recently for a rare appearance with her famous aunt, Julia Roberts. “Mean Girls” star Avantika donned a pistachio green sparkling dress, sitting near “Saturday Night Live” star Chloe Fineman, who rocked a muted fuchsia frock.
And singer Ciara, looking cool as ever in chevron striped pants and a black bomber jacket with a red bag, made her entrance as Jessica Alba greeted fashion friends and posed for photos with Roberts, whom director Janicza Bravo also stopped to chat with.

Naomi Watts (who popped up at Ralph Lauren earlier in the week), Kobe Bryant’s daughter Natalia Bryant, Olympic medalist Suni Lee, Mindy Kaling and more added flair to the front row.

Top models and Burch favorites Emily Ratajkowski, Alex Consani and Paloma Elsesser walked the runway for the show, which had a softness to it with sheer takes on polka dots and florals, gorgeous bead work and swishy, ladylike skirts.
Attendees did double takes at the bags, which looked curiously similar to a Hermès Kelly bag but were likely a continuation of her Lee Radziwill bag collection.

Burch is known for landing some of the biggest stars for her front row: Martha Stewart, Amanda Seyfried and Jodie Turner-Smith were among the top names at Burch’s February show.

Luar
NBA royalty and hip-hop’s newest It girls hit the scene at the late-night Luar show in the Financial District.
Julez Smith (Solange’s son and Beyoncé’s nephew) modeled again for Luar on Sept. 15, 2025, for New York Fashion Week.
Basketball legend Dennis Rodman strode into the dimly lit room, still ever the fashion icon in a black bandana, muscle tank, track pants and a chain harness. Rappers Ice Spice and Latto, who recently put to rest rumors of a feud with a new song and an MTV VMAs appearance, arrived one after the other just before the show began.
And though Beyoncé and Solange Knowles didn’t shock everyone with their presence again, Julez Smith (Solange’s son and Beyoncé’s nephew) modeled again for Luar, the latest runway walk in a portfolio that also included the J. Press show on Friday, Sept. 12, with fellow celebrity relative Bernie Martínez Ocasio, Bad Bunny‘s brother.

Luar used the runway to focus on a “vibrant defiance of costume and ritual performance,” per the show notes. Its rumination on the subject offered looks featuring festive feathers, bejeweled glasses and textures − from velvet to leather – all befitting an underground rave while the world is closing in.
