In a rare statement, Matt Stone and Trey Parker announced that the fifth episode of this season of “South Park” has been delayed and pushed to next Wednesday after it was meant to air tonight, Wednesday, September 17. The new episode will air on Sept. 24 instead.
“Apparently when you do everything at the last minute sometimes you don’t get it done,” Stone and Parker said in a statement shared with press. “This one’s on us. We didn’t get it done in time. Thanks to Comedy Central and South Park fans for being so understanding. Tune in next week!”
It’s annoying if you were looking forward to what Matt and Trey had in store this week after consistently skewering the Trump administration this season.
