Has karma come for Hugh Jackman?
The Tony winner, 56, is reportedly struggling to sell tickets for his one-man show, Hugh Jackman: From New York, With Love — to the “fiendish delight” of his ex-wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, a source tells Globe.
“Deb isn’t fixated by him and has moved on” following their divorce amid Jackman’s romance with his Music Man costar, Sutton Foster, 50. “But she is taunting him from afar for not being able to fill seats” for the last three dates of his residency at Radio City Music Hall in October, adds the source.
New York City theater sales are down overall, “so his show isn’t entirely to blame,” acknowledges the source. “But Hugh’s not as invincible as he thought he was. Some say audiences who used to love Hugh for his devotion to his former wife are avoiding him because they think he’s a cheater.”

The setback is taking a toll, continues the source. “He’s down in the dumps about it and even Sutton won’t be able to pull him out of this slump.”
And the Australian actress, 69, who shares two adult kids with her ex from their 27-year marriage, “is feeling no sympathy for his plight,” adds the source. “She’s saying he deserves the bad luck.”
As Globe previously reported, the Deadpool & Wolverine star is “trying to make peace” with Furness for the sake of their kids, Oscar, 25, and Ava, 20, according to an insider. “But as you can imagine, it has taken her time to feel ready.”
