Rosie O’Donnell’s son Blake is going to be a father!
On Monday, Sept. 22, the 25-year-old son of the actress announced that he is expecting his first baby with wife Teresa, sharing the news in a joint post on Instagram. In one photo, a onesie that read “Baby O’Donnell March 2026” hung on a clothesline next to a sonogram photo in a field of sunflowers.
Other shots showed Blake and Teresa posing near the sunflowers with a pregnancy test and sonogram images. Teresa could be seen gazing up at her husband, placing a hand under her stomach.
“Our lives are about to get a whole lot sunnier💛🌻,” they wrote in their caption. “Baby OD arriving March 2026💛🍼.”

In their comments, both of Blake’s parents shared how happy they are to welcome another little one into their family.
“Im just over the moon ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️,” wrote Rosie. “This fills my heart! I love the both of you so and your baby will be so loved! (And spoiled!) ❤️,” said Rosie’s ex-wife and Blake’s other mom Kelli Carpenter.
In 2024, Blake and Teresa married in a ceremony held on Friday evening, Aug. 16. Rosie posted photos of the sweet occasion on her Instagram the next day, including a shot of the newlyweds sharing an intimate moment together during their first dance.
“The O’Donnell’s first dance,” Rosie captioned the image, which showed her youngest son wearing a white suit jacket and his new wife in a lacy, long-sleeved wedding gown, complete with a bustle in the back, as the pair danced together.
In another picture, the newlyweds could be seen kissing, with the entire family cheering on the happy moment.
Rosie announced her son’s engagement in an Instagram post in December 2022, sharing that Blake popped the question to Teresa during a Broadway performance of Phantom of the Opera.
The actress shared two photos from the proposal, one of which showed Blake down on one knee in a theater aisle. The second photo showed a surprise celebrity guest — Hillary Clinton — with the happy couple, as she happened to be in attendance at the Broadway performance.
“Last night – my son blake asked his gf teresa to marry him – and she said yes !!!” Rosie captioned photos of the proposal. “The crowd clapped – and hillary clinton was there too- i cried all through phantom of the opera – wishing my mom was here to see it all #love#family“
