Kristen Bell wishes she were “more sexually active” before marrying her husband, Dax Shepard.
During her guest appearance on Shepard’s “Armchair Expert” podcast, the “Frozen” voice actress shared how she desired to have a little more erotic fun in her 20s.
“Kristen is a little regretful,” Shepard, 50, said of his wife, whom he’s been married to for more than a decade, during the episode that dropped Monday.
“She was very active … she was very sexually active and she wishes she was even more sexually active,” he added.
Bell, 45, shared: “I just wish I butterflied around a little bit more.”
“Armchair Expert” podcast co-host Monica Padman and Shepard then asked the “Veronica Mars” alum how sexually active she was in her younger years on a “scale of one to 10” with the least number being a “virgin” and the highest being likened to a “sex worker.”
“Four. And I just wish I maybe would have gone six,” Bell replied.
Later in the interview, the mom of two confessed that the comedian “brought out a ton of [her] sexuality.”
“I was never this sexual before you,” she told Shepard.
The “Bad Moms” actress and the “CHiPs” actor tied the knot in 2013 and welcomed daughters Lincoln and Delta in March 2013 and in December 2014, respectively.
Over the years, the longtime couple has been candid about some of their controversial parenting choices.
Last September, Bell said she and her husband let their pre-teen daughters roam around a Danish amusement park alone for hours.
“They scanned their bracelets to go outside,” she shared on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ at the time. “[We] didn’t see them for seven hours. Just running around Copenhagen.”
Over the summer, Shepard also revealed that he and the actress allow their 12- and 11-year-olds to use curse words — but only in the privacy of their own home.
