I, like countless Taylor Swift fans around the globe, have been counting down the days for Taylor Swift’s new album, The Life of a Showgirl, and the moment it dropped, I listened to every track back-to-back.

Honestly? It’s pretty clear the album did land well with me. Sure, there are flashes of brilliance with some nice lyrics, but then there are moments where I wondered if situations could’ve been described in literally any other way.
