Jennifer Aniston’s new boyfriend Jim Curtis has opened up about ‘finding love again’ with the Hollywood actress, as he revealed he’d previously been in an ‘unhealthy relationship.’

Curtis and Aniston have been dating since the summer, with The Morning Show actress ‘soft launching’ their relationship on Instagram last month.

In an honest letter to his followers, Curtis mentioned his relationship with the Friends actress as he told fans how he was ‘left questioning my worth’ before finding his current relationship with the actress. The couple are believed to have spent time on holiday in Spain together, alongside friends including actor Jason Bateman and comedian Amy Schumer.

In his letter he revealed how a previous romance ended badly, leaving him feeling alone and ridden with anxiety. He wrote, “Not long ago, I was in a very different place than I am today. I was in pain, physically and emotionally. An unhealthy relationship had left me broken-hearted and questioning my worth.

“Maybe you’ve been there too – those nights when anxiety and fear keep you awake, when you can’t stop thinking or when you wake up in the morning with dread. I felt alone, stuck and uncertain about what the future could possibly hold.”

He continued as he spoke about the hypnotherapy he uses, as he added, “I reprogrammed my subconscious, which gave me confidence I didn’t even know I had. I let go of the belief that I was broken and started to feel whole again. If I could create that transformation from where I was, you can too. And I’ll guide you every step of the way.”

Jim Curtis is an author and life coach, penning books such as “The Stimulati Experience: 9 Skills for Getting Past Pain, Setbacks, and Trauma to Ignite Health and Happiness.” He has been working in the health and wellness sphere for over 20 years, with much of his time spent working as a hypnotherapist.

The couple was first rumored to be dating in July after looking cosy on a yacht in Mallorca, Spain. And it was later that month that People revealed Jennifer and Jim were “casually dating and having fun.”

“They’ve been seeing each other for a few months now. They were introduced by a friend and started out as friends. Jen had read his book and was familiar with his work. She’s really into self-help and wellness. They are dating, but it’s still casual,” an inside source told the publication, adding, “He’s very different from anyone she’s dated before.”
