But over the years, the 65-year-old America’s Got Talent judge has changed his appearance so much that he once joked his son Eric, 11, didn’t recognize him in an old photograph.
Eric isn’t the only one. The British talent-show mogul has again shocked fans with his altered appearance. Before his recent sitdown on The Jennifer Hudson Show, an awkwardly clapping Simon made his way through the program’s famed “Spirit Tunnel,” leaving fans wondering what he’s done to his face. Though he’s previously denied having plastic surgery, an insider says friends worry he’s gone too far with Botox and fillers, at the very least.

“He doesn’t even look like Simon Cowell anymore,” the insider tells Star. “His cheeks look overly plump, and his forehead wrinkles in that weird way that suggests Botox.” Adds the insider, “People around him are whispering he’s spending way too much time at the surgeon’s and needs to stop.”
