Britney Spears has revealed that she was injured after suffering a fall from a staircase. In a new Instagram video, the pop star appeared in the clip wearing a pink glittery dress and a knee brace while dancing inside her home. She shared that she hurt her leg, calling it “horrible.”

Britney Spears left fans worried after revealing that she was injured in a stairway accident.
The pop star, who often shares home dance videos on Instagram, posted a new clip wearing a sparkling pink mini dress paired with fingerless gloves and black heels. A white bandage was visibly wrapped around her right knee, as she slowly swayed to the music. Between dance moves, she also played a few notes on her piano.
In the caption, Spears opened up about the accident. “Psss I fell down the stairs at my friend’s house … it was horrible,” she wrote. Explaining about the injury, she added, “It snaps out now and then, not sure if it’s broken but for now it’s snapped in !!!Thank u god.” In the clip, bruises across Spears’ arms and legs are also visible.
She also reflected on a recent goodbye to her sons, Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden James, 19. They had just flown back to Maui to be with their father, Kevin Federline. “My boys had to leave and go back to Maui … this is the way I express myself and pray through art … father who art in heaven,” she shared.
Despite everything, she assured followers she wasn’t posting for “concern or pity.” She added, “I just want to be a good woman and be better… And I do have wonderful support, so have a brilliant day !!!”
A short while later, the singer shared another post showing two more dance outfits: a plunging leopard-print bodysuit and a bedazzled bikini set. She captioned the post, “As Madonna says, express yourself don’t repress yourself.”
