J. Lo’s twins are all grown up! Jennifer Lopez brought her teens Emme and Max to the premiere of her new film Kiss of the Spider Woman, and they looked sharp in coordinating maroon outfits. Outside of their clothes, however, the 17-year-olds shared one striking feature with their mom that we couldn’t help but notice.
At the event, Lopez wore a gorgeous brown dress with a black structured bodice that looks like spider legs. Max wore a dark red shirt with tan slacks and a brown-and-blue jacket paired with brown loafers. His long curly brown hair hung in loose waves, and he had aviator-style glasses on. While Max sported a serious expression in photos on the red carpet, Emme was all smiles. The teen wore a silky black shirt and matching trousers with a burgundy velvet blazer and long necklaces. Emme’s short hair was also worn curly for the event.

Their hair couldn’t look more different from their mom’s blonde locks, pulled up in a sleek updo. However, their eyes are copy and paste the same! Lopez, Emme, and Max all have the same stunning brown eyes that seem to shine and sparkle through the screen.
Ahead of the premiere, which Lopez’s ex Ben Affleck also attended, the “Waiting for Tonight” singer appeared on live with Kelly and Mark and chatted about her twins, who she shares with ex Marc Anthony. “It’s crazy. We’re visiting colleges today, between doing this and the premiere, we’re visiting a college today,” Lopez told host Mark Consuelos, per PEOPLE.
“I’m happy because I feel like, I remember how exciting that time in my life was like, ‘Oh, I’m figuring out what I want to do with my life,’” she continued. “And it’s an exciting adventure, I want that for them. But I also think like, ‘Oh! I’m going to be by myself.’”
Lopez added that she is focused on creating their home a place “that they want to back to” and visit. “That was the goal for me since they were born,” the “On the Floor” singer said. “Whatever this is, whatever we create, the three of us together, it’s going to be something that they always are like, ‘When I go home, it feels good. It smells like home, it tastes like home.’ All of it.’ And I always concentrated on that with them. And I feel like we’ve created that.”
It seems to be working because, apparently, Affleck’s kids are still comfortable around Lopez as well. “The kids are still really close,” a source previously told PEOPLE about Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 13, who Affleck shares with ex Jennifer Garner. “They have the same groups of friends, they see each other and they talk all the time.”
“The most important thing to both of them is raising their kids in a supportive environment, so they plan to stay in each other’s lives,” the insider added.
