Ben Affleck Reveals Which of His Kids Takes After Their ‘Spectacular’ Mom Jennifer Garner

It’s all love between Ben Affleck and his ex-wife Jennifer Garner. In a new interview at his other ex-wife Jennifer Lopez’s premiere Kiss of the Spider Woman, Affleck praised the “spectacular” mother of his children. He also shared rare comments about his kids, revealing which one of his three kids is just like Garner.

Access Hollywood caught up with Affleck at the movie premiere on Monday. “I could not be more proud of my children. I can’t even tell you,” he told a reporter on the red carpet.

“She takes after her mom. She’s spectacular,” the Argo star continued. “And I’m very lucky that I got a great partner, and we got great kids, and it’s the joy of my life. I’m just very, very lucky, and it makes me happy every day.”

Seeing how well they co-parent and talk about each other is inspiring. Nobody wants to go through a divorce and juggle kids and schedules and everything else, but Affleck and Garner show that a good, healthy relationship can still be had. Is it making anyone else emotional to hear these sweet words about his co-parenting partner?!

Affleck and Garner share kids Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel, 13. The 13 Going on 30 star has seemingly only had nice things to say about Affleck as well. On Father’s Day, she shared a throwback picture of Affleck holding one of their kids as an infant. She captioned it, “Happy Father’s Day to 3 people’s favorite landing spot.” So sweet!

It also seems like Affleck is also still on good terms with J. Lo. After all, Affleck attended the premiere of her film, which was produced by his production company Artist’s Equity, and posed with his ex on the red-carpet.

In an interview with Extra, Affleck praised Lopez’s “amazing” work in the film. “It was obvious to me very early on in Jennifer’s involvement in this that she was gonna die or be great,” he said. “You know, she just was gonna give it her all, and she did. She worked enormously hard.”

Affleck added, “She’s fabulous, although that shouldn’t be any surprise to anyone.”

As for the Maid in Manhattan star, she looked gorgeous at the film premiere with her 17-year-old twins Max and Emme, who she shares with ex Marc Anthony, by her side.

“My family for me is really the thing that made me who I am, that helps me be able to survive in the chaos of this business,” she told Extra. “You know, they know who I am and that’s all that matters to me — my kids, my mom, you know, my loved ones, my team. They know who I am, and that for me is such a grounding presence in my life.”
