Kristin Dolan has signed on to head AMC Networks as CEO for at least another three years.
The media company said it entered into a new employment agreement with Dolan effective as of Oct. 9, 2025, through Dec. 31, 2028. Her minimum annual base salary will be $2 million until April 1, 2026, at which time that will increase to $2.1 million. Dolan’s new contract also provides for an annual target bonus opportunity equal to at least three times her actual salary paid during the applicable year.
