Somehow, the more options we have, the more we all gravitate toward the same things, at least when it comes to entertainment. Netflix may offer an infinite scroll, but everyone is going to see the latest superhero movie or tune in for the new Game of Thrones spin-off. Of course, this was true in the past as well. There were only four movies to watch at any given time, so you and all your friends probably just went to whichever one the Moviephone guy said first.
